Tutor Bio
Keith Ó Brolacháin is an experienced school leader, educational consultant, and PhD candidate in Sustainable Leadership in Irish Education. With over 15 years’ experience as a principal across mainstream, Gaelscoil, and special school settings, including time as a teaching principal, Keith brings real understanding of the challenges and opportunities of
school leadership.
He has worked with the Centre for School Leadership (CSL), the Irish Primary Principals’ Network (IPPN), and the National Induction Programme for Teachers (NIPT), supporting principals and school teams nationwide.
Through his consultancy School Solutions and wellbeing practice Atlantic Breath, Keith combines leadership development with practical wellbeing tools, helping principals sustain
both their impact and their energy in a demanding role.
There is no sub cover so sessions should be booked to coincide with Principal’s Admin Days
