WCEC19170 Learning Intentions and Success Criteria – Developing and Deploying Formative Assessment Strategies in the Junior Cycle Science Classroom

During this course participants will develop their understanding of the strong link between learning intentions and success criteria in the junior cycle science classroom.  Participants will be introduced to formative assessment strategies designed specifically for an Irish setting.  They will be provided with practical examples of how such strategies can increase confidence in using self-assessment and peer-assessment in their science classroom.
