WCWSPR25253 Ready for the Leap: Supporting SEN Students with Transition to a New Class or School

Audience: SNAs, P & PP teachers, and educational staff

The transition to a new class or school can be exciting, but for many students—especially those with additional needs—it can also bring anxiety, uncertainty, and disruption. This practical and engaging webinar is designed to support SNAs, teachers, and educational staff in preparing students for a smooth and positive transition after summer.

We’ll explore the emotional impact of change, why transitions can be particularly challenging for neurodivergent students, and the crucial role adults play in supporting them through this journey. Packed with strategies, visual tools, and real-life examples, this session will leave you feeling confident and equipped to guide your students through their next big leap.
